SAFETY PROTOCOL
Mary Ellen is in the business of caring for people and cleanliness and safety are paramount. Mary Ellen operates a hyper-clean treatment space following the expert guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (both for the state of Texas and the city of Austin).
All clients should sanitize hands when entering the treatment room.
MASK POLICY
Masks may be required for clients in the event of a public health concern such as a pandemic (e.g., COVID-19 or otherwise). Mary Ellen may opt to wear a mask for the duration of any treatment. Clients will be advised on masking based on the current situation.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR VISIT:
I wash my hands before and after each treatment
My treatment room is sanitized after each treatment—including surface areas and door handles with extra time allotted between each treatment to ensure thorough cleaning
As always, each client can enjoy freshly-laundered linens and towels—laundered with hot water and bleach
The treatment room is equipped with an advanced HEPA air purifier that circulates air and removes 99.97% of airborne particles
