Mary Ellen Milks specializes in advanced integrated body work — her practice draws from more than 37 years of experience and is tailored for each client based on her unique needs and wellness goals. She offers a private practice in a nurturing space allowing clients to receive healing energy and facilitate healthy transition. She is dedicated to women's health and takes a multi-modal approach to helping clients unwind patterns of daily living and work tensions held in the body mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Mary Ellen combines her extensive training, education and experience with organic skin and body products to achieve transformative results. She is also one of the few practitioners in the area who is specialized in therapeutic cupping massage treatments, which is a noninvasive approach to deep tissue body therapy. She also takes a holistic approach to skincare—exclusively using CIRCCELL skincare products in her treatments, which are also available for purchase for home care. Love your skin!
